Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible on working days.
We ship all orders exclusively with PostNL.
Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods, promotions or public holidays.

For parcels up to 23 kg, shipping costs are €9.50 excluding VAT per parcel.
Different shipping charges may apply to heavier or non-standard shipments. Where applicable, these will be shown in advance or during the ordering process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a PostNL tracking code if available.
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. Chastar cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as delivery is carried out by PostNL.

When placing your order, always carefully check the business address and delivery address you provide.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, PostNL determines, in accordance with its delivery procedures, whether to make another delivery attempt or take the parcel to a collection point.
If your delivery is missing, damaged or otherwise affected by a problem, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with PostNL.

Public holidays: Orders may not be processed or delivered on Dutch public holidays. Delivery may therefore take longer.
Multiple parcels: Large orders may be split into several parcels, which can increase the shipping costs.
Customs and import duties: Business deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes and other customs charges. These costs are payable by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
